“I recently rent a Toyota, and everything was absolutely fine for the first few days. Unfortunately, after three days, all the warning lights came on, which was quite worrying. I contacted the office straight away and explained my concerns. I was honestly impressed by how quickly and professionally they dealt with the situation. Within just 1.5 hours, the car had been exchanged and the replacement car was delivered straight to my doorstep! The staff were incredibly polite, calm and helpful throughout the whole process. Even when I was panicking, they remained calm and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how quickly they resolved the problem. I would definitely highly recommend this company and their service! ”
